  • How do I navigate the website?

    You can navigate the site in multiple ways.

    • The Products By Company link in the navigation bar at the top of each page allows you to search for product use information via the Johnson & Johnson company or companies that participate on this website.
    • You can also use the Products By Name link in the navigation bar to view an alphanumeric listing of all products for which information is available on this site.
    • The Products By Catalog link and Advanced Search link allow you to search for product use information by the specific catalog number for the product, which can be found on the product packaging or in a participating company catalog. You can also sort your search further by franchise or product name.
    • The Search function at the top of the page allows you to enter a product name, catalog number or other text. It is best to enter the most precise term that describes your interest to obtain the best search results possible. Therefore, if you know the name or catalog number of the product, enter that information in the search box. The search will also accept partial words or single letters or numbers.

    You can click on the Advanced Search or Products by Catalog Number links at the top of each page and then simply enter the product catalog number from the product packaging or catalog into the respective search field.

    What do I do if I am unable to find product use information for a certain product?

    You can use the Contact Us link to find contact information for the various participating companies and then contact them for assistance. If you cannot find contact information for the company or product of your interest, refer to the contact information on the product packaging or in a catalog and then contact that company directly.
